Shipping, framing, care, payment, returns and certificates.

How do you ship?

I arrange shipping and insurance per enquiry, and confirm carrier, packing and timing with you by email before anything ships. Worldwide shipping is possible. This answer is still being finalised.

Are works framed?

Works are shown unframed and colour-true as the primary image. Each work's spec sheet states whether a frame is included or optional.

How do I care for an oil painting?

Keep it out of direct sunlight, heat and damp, and dust gently with a dry soft brush.

How does payment work?

There is no online checkout. Payment is arranged by agreement after we have discussed the work by email. I confirm the method with you before anything is due. This answer is still being finalised.

Can I return a work?

Return terms are agreed as part of the enquiry. Please ask before you buy and I will set them out in writing. This answer is still being finalised.

Do works come with a certificate?

Each work gets a signed certificate recording its title, dimensions and inventory number. An optional on-chain certificate is planned for a later phase — see the Provenance page.
